Job Description

AKos GmbH is a business that sells chemical research samples as brokers (Vermittlungsverkauf) worldwide.

This means we either collect the samples (gram and milligram amounts) or have them produced as custom synthesis by one of the many labs we collaborate with (mainly in Ukraine and Russia) and sell them to our client's research labs in universities, and in Pharma industries.

We are a small business with 4 employees:

• Alex: Marketing, chemistry consultant and management

• Bernard: Programming

• Greta and Caroline: Daily sales business

Your help will be needed in the daily sales sector. We process new inquiries, send offers, process orders, organise shipments and payments. The work is never boring and the ideal job for a person with high communicating skills. These will be needed mainly for e-mail correspondence and the occasional phone call.

Your qualifications are:

• Good in English and German

• Good with numbers

• Good communication skills

• Enjoy negotiating

We offer:

• 30h/2000€ Brutto (beginner salary, later full time job with raise)

• 25 working days holiday

• Quiet and pleasant working climate in our office in Lörrach-Stetten

• Permanent employment

The job would officially start October 1^st.  (Negotiable)
