The most important front
ends for the chemists are SciFinder, Commander (Ocean Blue),
DiscoveryGate, ISIS/Base, and Isentris.
- DiscoveryGate offers also access to the Elsevier products
CrossFire Beilstein, Patent Chemistry Database (PCB) and Gmelin.
- Isentris is presently configured to access besides Symyx
databases CrossFire Beilstein and the Patent Chemistry Database.
Isentris is in principle able to access any web service, and URL
driven query.
